1. Use of Services

1.1 0CodeTools

0CodeTools is a HubSpot Workflow extension that provides automation capabilities including:

• Timeline notes and record associations
• Notion integration
• Gmail email sending through workflows
• SendGrid email functionality
• Web data extraction
• Quote generation and management

1.2 Gmail Integration

The Gmail integration allows you to send emails through your connected Gmail accounts via HubSpot workflows. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize 0CodeTools to:

• Send emails on your behalf when triggered by HubSpot workflows
• Access your email address and profile name for account identification

You retain full control over connected Gmail accounts and can disconnect them at any time from the Gmail Connect page or your Google Account settings.

1.3 Customer Usage

Customers access services according to their subscription plan's token/action allocation. Exceeding plan limits by more than 2x will be considered a license violation, and the Company reserves the right to block the account.

2. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• HubSpot
• Google (Gmail)
• Notion
• SendGrid
• Telegram

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

3. Account Registration

To use 0CodeTools, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

0CodeTools offers various subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

• Free plan: 100 monthly actions
• Paid plans: Various tiers with increased limits and features
• Refunds: Please contact support for refund requests

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious emails through connected Gmail accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the services
• Resell or redistribute the services without authorization
• Use the services to collect data about users without their consent

6. Proprietary Rights

The Company retains all intellectual property rights in and to the services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information about the services and not to disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You exceed plan limits by more than 2x
• Your use poses a security risk to us or other users
• Required by law or third-party platform policies

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
