• OpenAI API (text generation, classification and Whisper speech-to-text in the AI workflow actions and the transcription feature; processes only HubSpot CRM data, public web content and audio files you supply)
• ElevenLabs API (speech-to-text in the transcription feature; processes only audio files you supply)
• Google (Gmail API and Google Ads Data Manager API - only to perform the actions you configure in your workflows)
• Slack (approval notifications you configure in your workflows)

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure OAuth token storage, and regular security assessments.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. OAuth tokens for connected services (Gmail, Google Ads, Slack, HubSpot, Notion) are retained until you disconnect the integration. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Revoke access to connected services (Gmail, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) at any time
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Revoking Access

You can revoke 0CodeTools' access to your connected accounts at any time:

• Gmail: Visit the Integrations page in 0CodeTools and click "Disconnect" next to the mailbox, or revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions
• Google Ads: Visit the Integrations page in 0CodeTools and click "Disconnect", or revoke access from your Google Account permissions
• Slack: Visit the Integrations page in 0CodeTools and click "Disconnect", or remove the app from your Slack workspace settings
• HubSpot: Visit the Integrations page in 0CodeTools and click "Disconnect"
• Notion: Visit the Integrations page in 0CodeTools and click "Disconnect"

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

0CodeTools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.
• We do not transfer Google user data to others unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, as required by law, or with explicit user consent.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations.
• We do not use Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymised or derived, to create, train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, and we never transfer Google user data to any AI or machine learning service provider. The AI features in 0CodeTools operate only on HubSpot CRM data and public web content you supply, and have no access to your Google connection.

12. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account to 0CodeTools, Google asks you to grant the following permissions. These are the same items you see on Google's consent screen:

• Send email on your behalf - used only when a HubSpot workflow you have built runs a "Send Gmail" step. The message goes out from your mailbox, exactly as if you had sent it yourself. This permission does not let us read your inbox.
• See your email address - so we can show you which Gmail account is connected.
• See your name and profile picture - so we can label the connected mailbox with your name in your settings.

What we DO NOT do with your Gmail data:

• We do not read your emails
• We do not access your inbox, sent mail, or any email content
• We do not store email content
• We do not share your Gmail data with third parties
• We do not use your Gmail data for advertising

13. Google Ads Integration

When you connect your Google Ads account to 0CodeTools, Google asks you to grant the following permissions. These are the same items you see on Google's consent screen:

• Upload conversion events to your Google Ads account - used only when a HubSpot workflow you have built runs a "Send Google Ads Conversion" step. The event is matched to the original ad click by its Google Click ID (GCLID).
• See your email address - so we can show you which Google account is connected in your Integrations settings.

The data we send to Google Ads is limited to what you configure in your workflow: the Google Click ID stored on the HubSpot record, the conversion action, the conversion value and currency, the conversion time, and an optional order ID used for de-duplication.

What we DO NOT do with your Google Ads data:

• We do not read your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, budgets, or performance reports
• We do not access any Google Ads account other than the one you specify
• We do not keep conversion data beyond the execution log of the workflow action
• We do not share your Google Ads data with third parties
• We do not use your Google Ads data for our own advertising or analytics

Your Google OAuth token is stored securely and deleted when you disconnect the integration.
